Q. How do I book a JuGadee Taxi or JuGadee Auto? 

A. You can book a JuGadee either JuGadee Mobile Application or Website.
  1. To book JuGadee instantly on JuGadee Mobile Application by download it on Android , iPhone.
  2. To book a JuGadee through the website, visit our home page: www.jugadee.com.

Q. What is the fare that I will be charged?

A. We charge fare basis the actual distance travelled in kilometers and the actual wait time in minutes. All our cabs / autos are well equipped with billing devices / meters which displays the fare accurately at the end of your trip. The fares are city specific & are in line with the fare guidelines prescribed by the Regional Transport Authority / State Transport Authority, wherever applicable.

JuGadee Cabs and Autos believes in Fixed and Transparent Pricing Policy.

Q. Will I be charged for waiting time also?

A. Yes. The waiting charges are self-regulated and not prescribed by any authority.

Q. How do I pay after the completion of my trip? 

A. JuGadee accepts both Cash and Cashless payments i.e. you can pay via Cash as well as via Mobile Wallet after completion of your trip with JuGadee. For Wallet Payments, Load your wallet at Payments Section (Paytm/JuGadee) and once the ride is completed the applicable trip amount will be directly deducted from your respective chosen Wallet.

Q. Can I pay using a debit/credit card or a net banking?

A. Yes. Load your CC/DC or bank account at Payments Section and once the ride is completed the applicable trip amount will be directly deducted from your respective chosen CC/DC or bank account.

Q. Can I cancel a booking made? 

A. Our system of handling bookings is automated and once your journey is confirmed by our system, a cab is assigned to report to you. We do understand that sometimes, plans change and you may need to cancel a booking. Please cancel ride as soon as you reasonably can - that we can avoid a JuGadee reporting to you, when you don't need it.

Q. I am a registered user and have forgotten my password!

A. If you are a registered user, please enter your correct login id i.e. your registered "Mobile Number" and "Password". If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forget password" link next to log in window on home page. Enter your user id (i.e. your mobile number) then click on "SMS me the password" button. We will send your password via SMS & email.
